GOBR Boxers say...
On our site you will find helpful information on the Boxer breed of dog, along with information on how to adopt a Boxer as a forever companion and friend. There are stories and poems here, some making you laugh and others touching your heart. You will find articles on training, dealing with behavior issues, safety, nutrition, and medical concerns relating to your Boxer, or other dogs.

Remember, the first step to adopting a dog from the GO Boxer Rescue is to submit a completed
application to adopt.
Please be as thorough and as thoughtful as possible -- this will help us tremendously when we process
your application and make things progress in a timely fashion.
To learn more about how you can be part of GO Boxer Rescue (GOBR), or offer help in accomplishing its mission, please contact us for more information. You can also fill out an Adoption or Volunteer application here online. There are many ways to help GOBR and the Boxers in Need including, but not limited to, fostering, doing home visits, helping with the web site, records keeping, helping with events, and many, many other ways as well. PLEASE, before you apply to adopt or apply to Volunteer in any way with GOBR, read this poem that tells you so much about rescues. GOBR participates in a number of events around Ohio throughout the year in pet stores, parks and so on, where you can meet us and some Boxers. Each year we hold an ever popular event called a Boxer Bash, where you can bring your Boxers, and honorary Boxers (your other dogs), to spend time with other Boxers and Boxer enthusiasts, sharing in fun, games, and helping in fund raising to help the group be able to help more Boxers in need. Come share your stories on what makes life with the Boxer breed so special.
